1. Media or Content Not Issued, Designed, or Created by Mama Talents
If Mama Talents has not issued, designed, or assisted in creating any of your media or content, you are permitted to remove or delete such files without needing permission from Mama Talents. You retain full control over these files and may manage them as you see fit.
2. Media or Content Created or Designed During Mama Talents Management
Any content, media, or intellectual property created, designed, or developed with the assistance of Mama Talents during the period of management remains the property of Mama Talents. This content shall not be shared, used, or distributed without explicit written consent from Mama Talents.
3. Rights to Pre-Existing Materials
If Mama Talents has acquired rights to any materials you had before joining our organization, these materials shall be considered the property of Mama Talents. You agree that such materials are now owned by Mama Talents and may not be used or shared without our explicit consent.
4. Unauthorized Sharing of Materials
If it is found that you have shared media or content with Mama Talents for which you do not possess the necessary rights or permissions, the following actions may be taken:
A. Deletion of Content: Mama Talents may delete any such unauthorized content from our systems and platforms.
B. Termination of Accounts: Your account with Mama Talents may be terminated, and access to our services may be revoked.
C. Legal Actions: The matter may be reported to the appropriate legal authorities, and legal actions may be pursued against you for unauthorized use or sharing of materials.
D. Liability Disclaimer: Mama Talents shall not be held responsible for any legal actions or claims arising from the unauthorized materials you shared. You agree to indemnify and hold Mama Talents harmless from any legal consequences related to these materials.
